Theatre performance space and auditorium: comprises of a fixed three-sided, steeply raked, open-stage space, with seating for 280 people on comfortable tip-up bench seats.  A balcony across the rear of the stage provides a raised performance area.  The seating is accessed via two ramped vomitory tunnels at stage level, which means the space is wheelchair accessible, and can also be used to reach the front of the thrust stage.  The Theatre is fully air conditioned.

A full technical infrastructure has been installed: comprising of lighting, sound, communications and data  This includes:

• 2 LSC EKO 24-way dimmer racks,
• 1 LSC maXim lighting console,
• LSC ePlate outstations for control of the house and worklights,
• a custom patch panel feeding a custom internally wired grid, a video projector with electric roller screen, sound and video distribution systems.
