There is a focus on exam skills and assessment objectives to ensure that students are able to make a substantial improvement on the grade they achieved in Year 11. |
This course is available to all students in Year 12 following Applied GCSE or AS courses. Its purpose is to secure a level 2 qualification in English. Many courses and job opportunities specify a pass in GCSE English at Grade C or higher. Without this essential qualification, a number of doors are closed.
