The Soulsby Shield

The Soulsby Shield is awarded each year to a student who has shown endeavour in the Library.

The shield was donated to the school by Mrs Robert Soulsby in memory of her husband, a former headteacher of the school, and is presented each year to the student who, in the opinion of the Library staff, has shown the greatest commitment to using the Library.

The Shield is currently held jointly by Stuart Symons and Callum Palmer , both in 8CK.

The winner for 2010 will be announced in July.
