In March, three Year 11 Media students received state-of-the-art digital cameras for coming runners up in the national Be Creative anti-piracy competition.
The competition, open to GCSE and A level Media students, attracted hundreds of entries and Kingsmead's three winners were highly praised by the judges for their creativity and positive messages.
As well as their individual awards, the students have won a film screening for Kingsmead.
Competition organisers Film Education will be organising an event in the near future to award certificates and celebrate their achievements. The students' successful entries can be heard here
Well done to the three students who are ambasadors for Kingsmead!
