Year 10 Gymnast

Kingsmead has a number of talented athletes who represent their discipline in the national and international arenas.

Ms Wilson, Head of Year 10 brings us this update of Charlie St. Leger's achievements.

Kingsmead is proud to have a successful gymnast in Year 10.  Charlie St Leger started competing when he was just seven years old, with his first National Final when he was nine.  He represented London and gained a third place ranking.

He then represented London for the following five years,charlie st. leger and has represented the Borough of Enfield twice in the London Youth Games. Charlie specializes in the pommel rings and vault, training for seventeen hours a week at the East London Gym Club, on top of studying towards success in his GCSE exams.

He will next be competing in the Pegasus Open in June and the British Championships in November.
