Seven 6th Form students have been selected to represent Kingsmead in Enfield's first Leadership Academy. 

The Academy is part of the Youth Sport Trust 'Step Into Sport' programme and is designed to provide high quality support and development for young leaders and volunteers. 

The first session was held at Middlesex University, Trent Park and involved on-line training and developing a log book of volunteering.  Further sessions will be held at a variety of locations with students gaining a coaching qualification in their chosen sport. 

The students will also participate in Child Protection training and career development.  The students representing Kingsmead are:  Katy Eagling, Hannah Rason, Calum Hunt, Adnan Harun, Jonathan Pitcher, Gary Herbertson and Charlie Walters.
