Mayors Award in Sport

Mr Saunders and I spent a very pleasant evening on Tuesday at Lea Valley Sports College, watching 4 of our students being presented with their mayors award in sport.

Prisca Antwi-Alcaraz (Year 10) won an award for young sports performer of the year for her performance in Judo.

Katy Mulligan (Year 13) also won an award for young sports performer of the year for her rowing.

Joshua Jordan (Year 12) won an award for young leader of the year for his coaching in rugby

Rebecca Elsey-Hood (Year 13) won an award for young volunteer of the year for the many hours of volunteering at gym clubs she does.

They were an absolute credit to the group and to sport in Enfield.
