If the cost of university accomodation is making you think twice about university, you need to read this.
The Foyer UNIAID Accommodation Bursary Scheme provides free accommodation to students in allocated residences in cities across the UK. This year UNIAID have places available in the following cities:
Aberdeen, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Liverpool, London, Manchester, Nottingham, Plymouth, Sheffield.
What is the Scheme?
The scheme provides a year's free accommodation to students who are at risk of not attending or having to leave higher education as a result of financial hardship. The bursaries are available in particular halls of residence in the cities mentioned above.
Who can apply?
The bursary scheme is open to UK and EU nationals, and those given indefinite leave to remain in the UK. Applications will be considered from students studying their second undergraduate degree, but not from students studying at postgraduate level.
