Kingsmead's Christmas Concert was, once again, a very enjoyable evening and was well supported by families and friends of the performers including solo instrumentalists and singers and extra-curricular groups such as the Kingsmead School Orchestra, the Chamber Choir, Kingsmead Handbells and the KS3 Girls' Choir. The Concert included Christmas favourites such as 'Winter Wonderland', 'Let it Snow' and 'All I want for Christmas'. Commenting afterwards, Kingsmead's Head, Mrs Barry said, "It's not only the high technical standard of the performers which is so wonderful, but also the obvious joy which they demonstrate on stage and the way in which all the performers support one another and share their success. There is a true spirit of dream, believe, achieve and we are very grateful to all the performers and staff who give so much of their time to produce an outstanding evening's entertainment."
