On Wednesday 1st April Kingsmead Music Department presented a 60s themed Spring Concert. It was an evening of cool and groovy 60s music and students from Yr 7 to Yr 13 worked together to produce a variety of exciting solo and ensemble performances. The music ranged from songs from 60s Musicals (Cabaret and Sweet Charity) to great guitar bands (The Monkees and The Beatles), to 60s film classics (Moonriver from Breakfast at Tiffany's) and great girl groups (The Supremes and the Shangri-Las).
