WICKED WEAVERS AT WORK!

Ms Ormsby's workshop was booming with electricity and filled with colour; we entered the room gobsmacked!

Tables were covered with vibrant pieces of woven work-that was soon to be displayed- it was shocking that they had already done so much work and still remained so focused. Ms Orbsy told me that they had "packed up the kitchen and we're doing something new!"

It was definitely something new from the Technology department as there was music playing and students having more fun but still getting work done. Mbuyi, a year 9 student, told me that, "Weaving wasn't my thing but I've found this activity exciting. Overall it's excellent!" Other students like Hakan-also in year 9-showed me how to weave.

Who would have known that weaving could be so interresting?
